MEET MACY-A

Macy is a high school sophomore in Kansas City who lives to dance! She is driven to make a positive difference in the world and to touch as many lives as possible, through dance and through kindness and compassion.  Macy is a competitive dancer at Le Dance Studio, under the direction of Liz Ernst, and also dances with Defy Dance Project, a pre-professional dance company under the direction of Haley Kostas. Macy also dances with her high school dance team, the Blue Valley Southwest High School Glitter Girls.

For as long as she can remember, Macy has been learning and performing tap, jazz, ballet, pointe, and modern dance. She has also studied musical theatre, silks, contortion, hip hop, clogging and contemporary dance. Alongside her dance career, Macy dreams of doing commercial work, movies, being in a professional company, and maybe one day debuting her many talents on Broadway.
